Expensive Returns and Uncomfortable

The discomfort of the pillow for me in one thing, but the fact that they advertise a 60 night free trial that actually makes you pay for the shipping of the return is what is unacceptable to me.  It’s going to cost me about $20 to ship and return this pillow, so I’m out $20 just for trying this product.  Don’t buy it unless you’re sure you will like it or else you’re paying for a trial basically.
