I used to get headaches on at least once or twice a week. I tried doing yoga every day, and it reduced them, but I had to be so diligent to do it, and if I missed it in the morning I still might have a headache.
After getting this pillow, my headaches have been significantly decreased, and almost always because I do something like stare down at my computer screen too long.
My only complain is that I still get ear pain if I sleep on my side on my ear for too long. I do like that I can push some of the hulls out of the way to make a little pocket for my ear, but I don’t always do that in my sleep.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has recurring neck pain or headaches!
