Obsessed
I have never thought I would use the word “obsessed” to talk about a pillow. I can officially say I am obsessed. I am 5.5 months pregnant and my back is starting to really hurt. I have been thinking about my hullo all afternoon. I got my hullo a year or two ago, and I have always really liked it, but now I LOVE it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who gets a sore neck, sore back, or just needs some extra support.

My Arms Feel Great
Wow is all I have to say–if you have problems with your arms falling asleep when you sleep then this pillow is the answer. I sleep with my arm under a pillow; when I sleep, my arm would always go numb. Now, with this pillow, the hulls bridge around my arm and now I have no more numbness.

Love This Pillow!
This pillow is the best! I had pretty much given up on finding a pillow that works for me. Now, I get a restful sleep every night and love how my head stays cool. I had never heard about these kinds of pillows until I happened upon a NY Times article about pillows and several readers wrote in recommending the buckwheat pillow. This pillow is genius. Make it High, or Make it Low
Tried every conceivable kind of pillow – all price ranges – would wake up with neck pain – this is perfect. Got one for my daughter and she loves hers also.

I Love My Pillow
I’ve owed a tiny one for years and would have to put it on top of a slim polyester one and scrunch it up. I had a broken neck so every night is a challenge to get comfortable. I ordered the full size one and I LOVE it. It might take a night or two to get used to the fact that its not supper soft. But I love the fact its cool AND pretty much stays in the shape you scrunch it too or wiggle your head in it ! Im considering ordering one to ship out of state to my kids for when I go visit.

Finally Found the Perfect Pillow
Over the years I’ve spent hundred of dollars— from the cheap $10 ones to the the “hotel quality” ones in the hundreds of dollars range—and never found anything that helped me sleep more comfortably and more consistently night after night. My Hullo pillow is literally a game changer when it comes to my quality of sleep. So much so that after two days of raving my wife stole my pillow for the night and the next day we were ordering a second one for her.

Sweet Relief :)
I have quite a bit of neck pain, and I have tried every pillow under the sun–soft, medium, hard, memory foam (contoured and non contoured), down, feather, you name it…I’ve tried it. I visited my Aunt who told me about the Hullo, and let me use for the duration of my stay. It does feel different than any other pillow that I have used, but it has the support that every other pillow cannot provide. You can make it as contoured or flat as you need it to be, and it doesn’t hold heat. So nice. My other half kept taking mine, so I had to get another so I didn’t lose my favorite find!

Very Good Pillow
Very good pillow. It takes a bit of getting use to, but once you adjust I can’t imagine sleeping on anything else. I find that I sweat less, toss and turn less. The pillow allows for less lift, more lift etc.

So Beautifully Amazing

Easy to Customize
The case and zipper are very sturdy, and I appreciate how easy it is to adjust the thickness of the pillow by just removing or adding hulls.
I usually sleep on my back, and ended up removing about half of the hulls to find the pillow density that feels just right. As I removed the hulls, I was impressed by the uniform consistency/quality of the hulls themselves (same color/size, no shredded bits or dust).
This pillow feels much cooler than other types I’ve tried, so no more flipping the pillow in the middle of the night to try to find the cool side!

Best Pillow Ever

The buckwheat pillow is great for me because I move around a lot while sleeping. The pillow has helped me not toss and turn. It also has helped my neck pain from sleeping on my side. My husband liked mine so much, I had to order him one. This pillow is the best buckwheat pillow on the market!

A Perfect Night’s Sleep Awaits You
Ten or more years ago I found that a buckwheat pillow did wonders for supporting my troubled neck. Recently I replaced my old pillows with a new Hullo pillow. The new pillow is a larger size and gives me more support for my arthritic neck. From the first night my neck felt so much more healthy from the support of the Hullo. As Good As Promised
First buckwheat pillow, will never go back to anything else. Searched far and wide for a replacement to my toxic memory foam pillow, and was curious and willing to try anything to help my neck support, especially as a side sleeper.
Pillow arrived, perfect condition, and I have yet to remove any of the original filling (you can adjust the volume of the pillow by adding and subtracting more buckwheat hulls). Took about 1 night to understand how to get comfortable, and now most other pillows feel broken.

Fantastic Product – Hooked for Life!
This is my second buckwheat pillow. It is larger and of noticably higher quality than my first pillow, which I bought from beans72.
If you’ve never used a buckwheat pillow before, it is different from foam and feather pillows. It is heavier and more “shape-able”, for lack of a better term.
I am a side sleeper and before getting a buckwheat pillow, I always used two pillows and/or folded my pillows in an attempt to support my head properly. I can quickly shape Hullo with my hands and find a comfortable sleeping position. Before the buckwheat pillow I would wake up with a numb arm, or sometimes a sore neck. This doesn’t happen with Hullo.
Now I take my Hullo wherever I go, because soft foam and feather pillows aren’t as comfortable. I highly recommend trying this pillow.

Works for Us!
It was time to replace our pillows and we were looking for new pillows that could possibly help us both to sleep better.
We both have back issues and we both snore. I also had noticed I was regularly clenching my teeth during the night and would wake up with head, neck and shoulder pain. In addition, I was always hot and sometimes I’d wake up with wet hair.
A recent visit to my mother’s home introduced me to a “sort of” buckwheat pillow that she let me try. It was a very small pillow and was filled with some type of styrofoam beads. This set me on a research binge to find a “real” buckwheat pillow. Husband was highly skeptical, but left the choice to me.
Weeks of reading finally led to the decision to go with Hullo. American made, quality materials and outstanding warranty were all factors in the decision. To me, this was something I did not want to turn out to be a costly mistake. It was happily the best choice for both of us.
The Hullo Buckwheat pillow has been perfect for me, stuffed as shipped, no more overheating, lessened snoring and the teeth clenching has disappeared. I love that this pillow is so easy to ‘adjust’ positioning and holds position as well. My husband took a week to get used to sleeping on his, ultimately he did remove three cups of the buckwheat fill to find the perfect ‘fit’ for him.
I am just very happy that this worked out for us the way it did.

Game Changer
You know how sometimes you wake up in the morning only to find that your neck is stiff and sore, and then it stays that way all day? My Hullo pillow simply doesn’t allow this to happen. I don’t know how or why, but it’s a wonderful thing. Thank you, Hullo!
As a side note, it took me a few nights to realize that I needed fewer hulls in the pillow. I estimate that I removed about a third of the hulls before being completely satisfied.

Highly Recommended
Every so often I wake up with a stiff neck so I have used a neck support pillow for years. When my last pillow came to the end of its days, I started researching on line for a made in USA neck support pillow and HULLO was the only one with a warranty, so I decided to order it.
I have had no problems with my neck since I started using it, it’s comfortable, cool and I can adjust it for back or side sleep.

Made in USA Product
I heard about Hullo researching made in USA products online.
I love the firm support – my neck has felt a lot better since I started sleeping with this pillow. My partner had to adjust his to find the perfect comfort, but he too, is a convert. He tried sleeping on his old pillow a couple of nights and immediately went back to the Hullo.
I think it is pretty fabulous. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but I understand the cost of producing Made in USA products, and thus think you price is actually quite fair! I see that different sizes have been offered since I ordered, but I still would have chosen the standard size.
